On November 13, 2019, Brett Porthan signed a Letter of Intent to play baseball for Dixie State University in St. George.  As a member of the Trailblazer baseball team, Brett will have the opportunity to pitch for the newest member of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) starting in the 2020-21 school year.   Congratulations, Brett!
